Ellen Designs was founded 13 years ago by Hellen A. Tolbert, the Director and Lead Designer, driven by her passion for creating fashion that positively impacts lives. Inspired by a lifelong love for design and fashion, Hellen’s vision was to craft pieces that blend timeless elegance with a deep appreciation for African culture
